Grady Neer

Hello, I’m Grady Neer. I was an economic major at UND from 2022 – 2025. I joined DVG as a freshman and was quickly promoted to Managing Director of Finance within 3 months of joining DVG. After one year of acting as the MD of Finance I was nominated to Chairman of DVG where I held the position until my graduation.

As chairman of DVG I wrote up deal terms for portfolio companies and led strategy development and implementation for 3 funds. During the summer of my junior year at UND I was able to intern at Excelsior Capital where I took a deep dive into capital energy markets and valuation principles. After my internship with Excelsior I was able to apply my new knowledge of the energy markets to due diligence processes for investments.
