Originally from Lakeland, Florida, Crystal L Kelly moved to Grand Fork in January 2007 to follow an academic dream. The University of North Dakota offered her an amazing learning environment and endless opportunities to become increasingly involved in the Grand Forks community and North Dakota. Brought to the Great Plaines to complete the aviation requirements of a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with Aerospace Concentration, Crystal has decided to pursue an additional B.S. in Electrical Engineering with Aerospace focus. With experience from a previous successful small business, Crystal has embraced the wealth of knowledge and mentorship presented in the form of her fellow Dakota Venture Group colleagues and Angel Investor relationships. Crystal will complete her education at UND in May of 2010 and plans on a lifelong commitment to the entrepreneurial and technical development of North Dakota and its neighboring communities.
